Most of the pool and beach bars are open until 4 or 6pm. Many of the bars are open until 1am and Bar Cielo is open until 4am, if you can make it. The quality of drink is exceptionally high for an all-inclusive. Try Chevas Regal, Absolute, Bacardi, Bacardi Anejo, Appleton, Don Julio, Crown Royal.

The main bar is Martini, located in the main building near the lobby and in between Chez Isabelle and Spice, also near most of the other restaurants. Perfect location for those before and after dinner drinks. All the bars are conveniently located. For a quieter and more romantic spot try X Lounge. It's located on a South Beach style deck above the beach. Soothing music, candle lit, open air, mattresses and pillows and cool couches. The bar tender has a portable bar and mixes drinks per your request and brings them to you so not to disturb the mood.
