All suites at Excellence Riviera Cancun have indoor Jacuzzi's and feature beautiful four-poster beds - either King or Double. Rooms are decorated in lovely Mexican style with attention paid to every detail. You even have a bench in front of the bed. Patio furniture adorns the large balcony or patio on the first floor. Rooms are furnished with a whirlpool tub large enough for two, 5" flat-screen satellite TV (beware of the two adult channels), radio/alarm clock with iPod connectivity, complimentary mini-bar stocked with 6-8 beers, 6-8 bottled of water, several soft drinks of many varieties, etc., a love seat, table and chairs for room service, and a safe large enough for a laptop (which we can attest to - work is never done!). Complimentary bathrobes and slippers are yours to use. Expect turn-down service each evening with mints and The Excellence Times, with all the details of the following day.

The all-marble bath area has twin vanity/sinks, upgraded toiletries, a separate large shower with marble bench, separate WC for privacy, and hair dryer.  One of the coolest features is the privacy "X" box that allows room service to be delivered without interruption or the unwanted knock on the door. Use this box to place dirty dishes and glasses, not dirty laundry. Nothing quite as disgusting as walking past discarded food. No worries, not at Excellence.

These accommodations are exactly the same as the ones described above with two major physical additions; an additional exterior Jacuzzi either on the balcony or on the patio on the ground floor, and a bar setup, which we have pictured. These are four bottles not dispensers.
