Casual elegance for gentlemen: Long pants and dress shirt or polo shirt, dress shoes. T-shirts or tank tops are not allowed.
Casual elegance for ladies: Long pants, skirt, blouse, dress shoes. T-shirts and tank tops are not allowed
BUFFET - BELLA VISTA: Open daily for buffet breakfast 7:00am - 10:30am; Lunch 1:00pm - 3:00pm; and themed dinners on a schedule 6:30pm - 10:00pm. Excellent view of the pools and ocean in the distance.
BUFFET - LA BRISA: Wonderful International buffet, including a la carte lobster for lunch. Spectacular ocean views with indoor and outdoor seating. Though this is a buffet expect outstanding table service from a terrific wait staff. Breakfast from 7:00am - 12 Noon; Lunch/Snacks 12 Noon - 6:00pm. Mediterranean dishes. 6pm - 10:30pm
ITALIAN RESTAURANT - VENECIA: Home made pastas, plus traditional seafood and meat dishes. A la Carte Italian cuisine. 6:30pm - 10:00pm. Last reservation at 9pm. Reservations are highly recommended and dress code is enforced.
JAPANESE RESTAURANT - HAIKU: Spectacular ocean views with 6 Teppanyaki tables. Full show cooking and delicious. 6:30pm - 10:00pm. Last reservation at 9pm. Reservations are recommended and dress code is enforced. In fact we witnessed gentlemen turned away wearing nice dress shorts.
GOURMET RESTAURANT -L'ATELIER: Another a la carte restaurant with spectacular ocean views. Exquisite 5 course dining. Romantic candle-lit indoor and outdoor dining. 6:30pm - 10:00pm. Last reservation at 9pm. Reservations are recommended and dress code is enforced.
SURF & TURF RESTAURANT - TONY'S: Wonderful cuts of Angus steak and mouth-watering seafood. A la Carte dining. 6:30pm - 10pm. Last reservation at 9pm. Reservations are recommended and dress code is enforced.
