Romantic Wedding Ceremony
Pick your location to exchange vows - on the beach, garden, gazebo, or on a pier.
Ceremony Decor
Your ceremony will look great in paradise with white seating for guests, a special aisle runner, and a white table altar.
Services of a Signature Wedding Designer and an Onsite Wedding Team
Once your resort and ceremony have been secured ULTIMATE will turn you over to a Karisma Signature Wedding Designer who will guide you through all of the planning stages. Then, once you arrive onsite, the Onsite Wedding Team will coordinate all the last minute preparations. Your ULTIMATE VACATIONS team member will always be available to assist through this entire process.
Sound System with Speakers & Microphone
This ceremony may be complimentary and my be on a beach, but your guests will clearly hear every word of your ceremony with this included sound system.
Justice of the Peace or Non-Denominational Minister
One of the above will be provided for you.
Wedding Certificate
A wedding certificate will provide all the details of your ceremony.
Filing of Documents and Translation Services
If necessary, a translation of your ceremony will be provided and all the filing of legal documents will be processed.
Witnesses
Witnesses are required to legalize your marriage and they must be present onsite for a predetermined amount of time before your ceremony. If you do not have your own, they will be provided for you.
Semi Private Dinner Reservation
You and your guests will have a pre-reserved semi-private dinner reservation at one of the onsite restaurants.
Groom's Room with Gourmet Bites
The guys will have a place of their own to relax together, munch on gourmet bites and drinks from noon until 4pm before your ceremony.
Free Wedding Website & Honeymoon Gift Registry
Your guests will be kept up to date with a personalized website with all your wedding details. Plus with your personalized Honeymoon Gift Registry your guests can contribute toward spa services, upgraded bottles of wine, and more.
Free Memorable Moments Honeymoon Package
