Dining consists of 11 restaurants - between the Suites (Infinity) section, in the new main lobby, and at the adjoining Palms (Original) section. Same holds true for the 11 bars you have access to. We will break them down with bars in the Infinity and Palms sections

The Dinner dress code is pretty simple. Here is the essence of it. LADIES: Capri pants; Dresses; Skirts; Long pants; Shoes; Dress Sandals. GENTLEMEN: Long pants; Collared shirts; Casual shoes. Bermuda shorts and Dress Sandals are allowed. While this seems simple enough let's be clear - they will probably turn you away (rightfully so) if you show up for dinner in cut-off shorts, flip flops, tank tops, bathing suits, etc. Reservations are required at some venues, as noted below.

DRIFTWOOD GOURMET OCEAN FRONT RESTAURANT & BBQ CORNER

Driftwood is located right under the main pool and features a a carte sandwiches, kabobs, healthy salads, veggie dips and  the main attraction - daily Paella. BBQ offers burgers right in front of the beach.

SEASIDE MARKET - International Cuisine (Buffet)

Buffet, yes - but not just any buffet. Seaside Market has the look and feel of an a la carte restaurant. Here you will be treated to lavish food displays featuring a number of worldly cooking stations. Located at the main lobby.

MIA CASA DORADO - Contemporary Italian

The most intimate restaurant is also the most romantic. After dining here we can not compliment the chef and staff enough. Located at the main lobby.

KLAY TALAY - Oriental Cuisine

Outstanding Asian a la carte dining in an authentic ambiance. The extensive menu delivers fabulous original dishes. We appreciate the selection of Japanese beers and Sake available to enhance the experience.

Located next to the main pool you will find an extensive pleasing menu offering a wide variety of choices with an International flavor, seasoned with Mexican touches. There are also food displays and cooking stations.

CULINARIUM - Mediterranean

Surrounded by gardens and lighted naturally thanks to glass walls, the a la carte cuisine offers excellent choices and features an extensive menu. If you are a fan of Margaritas you will want to come early and hit Margaritas Bar inside.

LA CARRETA - Mexican

This is one of the longest existing restaurant in the El Dorado family. That should tell you something. We never miss the chance to experience the wonderful Mexican cuisine at La Carreta no matter how many times we stay at Seaside Suites and Palms. Many of the fresh herbs and vegetables served come from the 70,000 square foot greenhouse at El Dorado Royale.

GOURMET PUB - World Cuisine to Share

This is the newest culinary dinner addition at this resort. And it is very popular. Inside this rustic, relaxed design you will sample mouthwatering foods from around the globe including Shepherd's Pie, Fish & Chips, Baked Rice Pudding, Beef Meatballs, Wings, incredible Pork Belly and much more. Editors Note: This is my favorite.

LA SANDWICHERIE - Bites & More

Lunches of Angus burgers, Burritos, wood-fired brick oven pizza and much more are prepared in front of you on the beach. Breakfast is also a treat here. This is an open air area with plenty of mature palm trees offering shade.

BEACH BARBECUE - Daily Specials

Every day a different featured special for lunch - right on the beach. Each day of the week you will find featured items like Fresh Catch from the ocean, Paella, hamburgers; hot dogs (gourmet style), chicken, and shrimp skewers, and more. 7-Days - 7 specials. Enjoy your delectable's on palm tree-shaded picnic tables on the beach.

FRONTERA BARBECUE

The owners of Seaside recently created a new sprawling beach area at the south end of the property. The beach is long and  beautiful, there are plenty of loungers, and there is this new lunch time restaurant for those who do not want to lose their spot or venture far for lunch. This menu includes tacos, crispy nachos, baked pizza and much more. Oh, and the bar is pretty good as well!
