Deposits are non-refundable and cancellations after November 7, 2025 are subject to cancellation penalties. You can insure this package with our "Cancel for Any Reason" / During Travel Insurance" protection. Highly recommended! This protection of your investment is additional and due at the time of booking in addition to the $200 per person deposit. This policy will allow you to cancel for any reason should you need to and receive a Future Travel Credit or Cash Refund excluding the cost of the insurance itself. Also provides During Travel benefits.
INSURANCE
Cancel For Any Reason / Trip Protection insurance is available: 2 Options:
Future Travel Credit = $114.99 per person and up. Receive a credit for future travel for 13 months.
Cash Back to credit card = $234.99 per person and up. Get a full refund minus the cost of the insurance.
These are due at the time of booking in addition to the regular deposit. This allows you to cancel for any reason prior to departure without penalties and receive the benefit of your choice excluding the cost of the insurance itself.
TO RESERVE YOUR SPACE
1) We require your legal names as they will appear on your passports. *Should you learn after you provide this info that your passport has you listed differently than what you provided there may be additional charges based on the airline, hotel or tour operator.
2) We need each individuals birth date
3) One cell phone number per reservation
4) A phone call with your credit card info and billing address
5) Your preferred dates, number of nights, room category, and which insurance you want.
