For gentlemen: long pants are recommended, however dress shorts or Bermudas are accepted. Dress shirt, casual shoes or elegant sandals must be worn.
For Ladies: Long pants, Capri pants, skirt, blouse, casual shoes or elegant sandals must be worn.

II OLIVO
Valentin’s version of New Italian-American and traditional Italian cuisine. Italian restaurants are usually the most popular at all-inclusive resorts and II Olivo does not disappoint. An exceptional menu featuring seafood, chicken, steaks and more enhanced with Italian recipes.

L’ALSACE
This is a French restaurant with a twist. They have taken classic traditional French cuisine and eliminated the excesses of saturated fats. We like it enough to return another evening. Every course was wonderful. Be sure to check out the extensive wine cellar.

GINGER
Enjoy the flavors of the Orient at Ginger. Dine a la carte, at show Teppanyaki tables, or at the Sushi Bar – three great choices. You will find traditional Japanese cuisine as well as contemporary selections, some with Peruvian influences. Don’t miss this Ginger.

TAMAN SARI
Expect the successful merging of two ancient civilizations - Thai and Indonesian, but with a modern take on the final result.

LA HACIENDA
It is such a treat to eat authentic Mexican cuisine in Mexico. Different selections feature traditions from different states while avoiding excessively spicy flavors. All we know is that it is all outstanding. La Hacienda is a great choice to enjoy zesty Margarita’s and delicious Mexican dishes. The appetizers are exceptional – especially the one made to share – Wow!

RESTAURANT TIERRA
Certified cuts of American Angus are served to your candlelit table in this open air facility near the beach.
