But which course? And which location? Sandals Resorts have become a force to be reckoned with in the world of 18-hole getaways, and in this article we'll highlight 3 of our favorites from around the world.

1. Sandals Golf And Country Club - Ocho Rios, Jamaica

Overview: Located in Ocho Rios, Sandals Golf & Country Club is a challenging 18-hole par 71 resort-style course with three sets of tees. The course itself features narrow fairways and miniscule drop-off greens with sweeping views of the sea & mountains.

The nitty gritty: Lessons are provided at no extra charge. Caddies are not included but mandatory. Transportation to and from the golf course is included. Golf carts and clubs may be rented at an additional charge. Food and drinks consumed at the course are not included.

2. Sandals La Toc Golf Resort & Spa - Saint Lucia

Overview: Sandals Regency St. Lucia has a 9-hole golf course with elevated greens. This breathtaking course features narrow fairways surrounded by rolling hills and a jungle of white cedar, almond trees, and bamboo. The front nine holes are played on blue markers on a par 32, which includes four par threes and five par fours. The back nine holes are played on white markers on a par 32, which includes four par threes and five par fours.

The nitty gritty: Caddy and golf carts are available. Caddies are mandatory, golf carts are optional. Golf lessons are also available with the pro, for beginners or anyone who want to improve their game. There is a two-ball best ball scramble tournament every Friday for in-house guests. Pro Shop open from 7am – 6pm | Tee Times from 7:30am – 4pm.

3. Sandals Emerald Reef - Great Exuma, Bahamas

Overview: This exclusive, remote 18-hole championship course was designed by the legendary Greg Norman, and features a mixture of seaside dunes, scenic mangroves, and a rocky peninsula with scenic sea views. Course par - 72
